Activation

Dear users!

PROMT software products are subject to activation, which is required for unlocking the product after the demo (test) period ends, as well as for extending the term of your license for a new period.

The activation procedure is described in detail in the official user documentation provided to you with PROMT software. Each copy of the PROMT program has a limited number of available activations. One (1) activation is available for PROMT Neural Translation Server, PROMT Translation Factory and PROMT Neural Training Addon. For all other PROMT programs you can perform three (3) activations.

If you have reached the activation limit, you can contact PROMT at activation@promt.com. In this case, PROMT may provide you with an additional activation.

Attention! To get the activation code, you need the registration information for the installed PROMT product. This information is available either in the Activation Wizard or in the Registration form of the software product.
